This spectacular tiered Cocktail Cabinet with fabulous curves is crafted of gorgeous European
book-matched burl & crown-cut walnut veneers over rich mahogany and features a maple backing. Note how the veneers
flow from the top of the cabinet & cascade down in continuous & intriguing... Incredible artisanship! The
spacious center bar service is lined in beautiful birds-eye maple (rare), includes a curved center shelf with brass railing,
curved lower shelf with brass railing, six original bakelite martini picks retained on the back of the pop-up panel, a gorgeous
black/gold glass mixing tray on the back of the drop-down door and brass accents throughout. Of special note is the
fantastic triple mechanism... When the drop-down door is lowered via a most unusual Deco inspired brass pull, the top
panel pops-up, a light fixture which has been rewired for American circuit automatically illuminates and the entire bar service
moves forward! On either side of the bar service are two large storage compartments lined in rich mahogany & with
black/gold glass bottoms and accessed via curved doors lined in birds-eye maple and with a small wooden shelf with brass railing
attached to the back of each. Directly below all of this are three curved drawers, with one lined in green felt for
the storage of cutlery. Located directly below the drawers at the center is a spacious display compartment lined in
mahogany & with a black/gold glass bottom and accessed via two beautiful curved & etched sliding glass doors (rare).
On either side are two more large storage compartments lined in the same rich mahogany and accessed via curved doors
with integral wooden pulls. The manufacturer's label, Stonehill Furniture, is still attached to the back of
the right door. This entire fabulous Sideboard/Bar rests on a curved base with glides.
