This spectacular curved & tiered Cocktail Cabinet is crafted of gorgeous European book-matched burl & crown-cut walnut veneers over rich mahogany and a maple backing.  Note the mysterious patterns & shapes within these veneers.  What strange images do you see?  The center bar service is lined in a beautiful golden birds-eye maple (rare), includes a curved wooden shelf with brass railings, six original black bakelite martini picks attached to the pop-up panel and a fabulous reverse-painted mirror fixed to the back of the curved drop-down door.  Of special note is the fantastic triple mechanism...  When the drop-down door is lowered via a brass Deco inspired pull, the top panel pops-up, the original light fixture which has been rewired for American circuit automatically illuminates and the entire bar service moves forward!  On either side of the bar service are two stacked & mahogany lined drawers with brass pulls for the storage of various bar accoutrement.  Located directly below the bar service is unique mirrored display area for showcasing bottles & barware and accessed via two beautifully etched sliding glass doors and illuminated via a switched light.  On either side are two large storage compartments lined in ribbon mahogany and accessed via gorgeous doors with integral wooden pulls.  Lastly, the entire Sideboard/Bar rests on a tiered and beautifully curved base.  This truly is a fabulous piece!
