English Art Deco Sideboard/Bar of Gorgeous Walnut
with Incredible Quadruple Mechanism, Circa 1930's...

This incredible Sideboard/Bar features gorgeous European bookmatched crown-cut & burl walnut veneers over rich mahogany and a backing of cedar.  The bar service is swathed in a beautiful blonde sycamore, includes a mirrored back with a small glass shelf & brass railing, small compartments on either side with brass railings, two wooden shelves with brass railings attached to each swing-out door and an original decorative & reverse-painted glass covering the drop-down door and bearing the manufacturer's name... Beautility.  

The entire bar service moves forward as the drop-down door is lowered, while the two side doors open & swing outward!

Simultaneously, a light fixture which has been rewired for American circuit automatically illuminates.  Other features include two lower & spacious storage compartments on either side & lined in the same flame mahogany and three service drawers in the middle, including one that is green felt lined for cutlery & bar accoutrement storage.  Of sepcial note are the exceptional Deco inspired brass pulls and decorative brass trim inlayed into the front of the cabinet (Very different from most designs.)
The cabinet top also provides a nice expanse of gorgeous walnut surface for the display of other bar items.
