Golden Teak, Circa 1930's...
This fabulous portable 'fold-open' bar is
crafted of gorgeous golden teak and folds outward to open & create a large curved serving area. The lockable
front double-doors (original barrel key provided) feature beautifully carved pulls and open to reveal a lighted
top bar service and tiered shelves below. The bottom shelf also includes decorative brass railings to
better retain your liquor bottles. The back of the double-doors holds the original chrome serving tray and six
multicolored bakelite martini picks. The light fixture of the bar service has been rewired for American circuit
and illuminates via a push-button switch. The top of the cocktail cabinet is hinged and folds open to reveal a fabulous
stain-free formica top with a faux wood grain finish that rests on two large door panels that swing-out from the sides for
support. A glass portal is also located in the center and allows for viewing into the bar service. The back
of the cabinet features two large sliding plexiglas doors that allow quick access to the bar, and four casters mounted
on the bottom facilitate easy movement of the entire unit.
