English Art Deco Cellarette Bar of Walnut, Circa 1940's...

This beautiful cocktail cabinet features stunning European bookmatched quilted & crown-cut walnut veneers over rich ribbon mahogany and a cedar backing.  Note how the veeners flow from the top of the cabinet in a seamless manner and cascade down in a continuous pattern...  Incredible artisanship!  The bar service is lined in rich ribbon mahogany, has clear mirrors throughout and includes the original chrome juicer & multi-colored bakelite martini picks.  When the mirrored drop-down door is lowered, the top pops-up and the original light fixture which has been rewired for American circuit automatically illuminates.  The bottom storage area includes a shelf, has ample room for plenty of bottles & barware and can be locked with the original barrel key.  The original London manufacturer's label is still attached to the inside of the right double door.
