Extremely Rare English Art Deco 'Surprise'
Pop-Up Bar of Gorgeous Refinished & Polished Mahogany, Circa 1940's... Referred to as: It's Magic Table ! You will not find another
! This extremely rare
English Pop-Up Cocktail Table was manufactured by Triangle Cabinets Ltd. of the UK and
sold at Harrods of London. It features a round coffee table design and is crafted of spectacular refinished
& polished mahogany. The 'Surprise & Magic' is a small button located in the center of the table top.
When the button is pushed, a spring mechanism activates a bar service with two tiered white Bakelite trays attached to a brass
tube to rise up out of the middle of the table holding your liquor bottles, barware and six multicolored Bakelite martini
picks. A slotted circular wooden piece is located just under the top and retains your stemware. After entertaining
is over, a firm push on the top retracts the bar service until it disappears and is locked. This incredible Surprise Cocktail
