This superb cocktail cabinet features European bookmatched quilted & crown-cut walnut veneers over rich mahogany and a cedar backing. Note how the veneers flow from the top of the cabinet in a seamless manner and cascade down in a continuous pattern... Incredible artisanship! (What strange creature do you see within these veneers ?) The bar service is lined in a gorgeous & rare birdseye maple, has clear mirrors on the back & drop-down door and includes various cutouts for highball glasses & stemware. When the mirrored drop-down door is lowered, the top pops-up. A service drawer located directly below provides storage for cutlery & other bar accoutrement. The bottom storage area is lined in the same rich ribbon mahogany, provides ample room for plenty of bottles & barware and can be locked with the original barrel key. (Note: The bar service does not include a light, but one can be added for an additional charge.)
